Self-Soothing & Support to Thrive Through Self-Quarantine
free virtual, event in The Cocoon on Friday, March 20, 2020 @ 1:00 PM EST
There are all sorts of good reasons to be afraid during this pandemic we’re dealing with right now.
We have just as many good reasons to be hopeful & trusting that this will ultimately be positive for every single one of us, and for all of us as a collective.
When we actively choose to plug into a sense of trust and love in the face of fear all around us, there’s absolutely nothing we can’t overcome & grow through.
This is an opportunity for us to become closer with ourselves & the people around us – maybe not always in-person, but in all the ways that really matter.
Let’s make the most of this opportunity.
When we plug into a calm, loving, trusting sense of connection through all of this, we can achieve so much more & inspire everyone around us to do the same.
Cultivating this feeling of Conscious Wholeness is how I’ve come to feel safe, secure, & whole no matter what’s happening around me. I’m dedicated to showing you how to feel this way, too.
Mark your calendar to come hang with me on Friday afternoon.
I’ll be live streaming in my private group The Cocoon
Bring your fears & your worries and share them with me, let’s soothe & center together. Bring all of your hopes & dreams for the future and let’s build on them together. Bring all your questions about how to be a successful human in the world today, we’ll explore them together.
I’ll be sharing some practices for feeling safe, calm, and downright magical even through these stressful times.
You’ll leave feeling inspired & knowledgeable about how to use this chaotic time to create an even more enjoyable, peaceful, secure, & abundant life for yourself and the people you care about moving forward.
Sending lots of love to all and I hope to chat with you Friday. ♥

A note from a past host…
“Brianna is a great presenter. She knows her subject matter and presents it in a way that everyone can understand and relate to. And most importantly, she doesn’t talk ‘to’ the audience, she includes everyone in the conversation. Her presentation was one of the best we’ve ever had!” – Laurie Enos, Rochester, NY
I’d love to work with your group. Let’s talk. Feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or requests.
