I often think of life like a video game – always finding ways to advance to the next level. Always learning better skills to tame the dragons so you can fly them off to your wildest dreams. I’ve learned a lot of tricks from a lot of places regarding the “how”, and I’d like to guide you with that knowledge, down your unique path to your fullest potential. I’d love to reintroduce you to yourself.

    • Brenda – thanks for asking! I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Boston University, and I’ve invested a LOT of time and resource into learning opportunities/courses outside of the traditional education system (lots at a graduate/licensure level). The bulk of my training has been in mental health/therapeutic approaches (especially grief support, sexuality, and trauma) but I’ve also been trained and employed as a personal trainer and I’m level 2 Reiki certified. Having such a diverse background helps me tie a lot of concepts together – which is helpful for showing people a streamlined process that gets results. Don’t hesitate to ask if more questions come up! Thanks again.
