Components of Mental Wholeness: Vibrational Awareness

Part 4 of 6! Today’s component of Mental Wholeness is Vibrational Awareness. We’re digging into the topic of energy, and why our energetic vibration matters when it comes to the results we see in our life & feeling mentally whole.

Now, I’m not talking about energy as like your electric provider or propane tanks. (Although, in my mind, it is kind of related). We’re talking about us, humans, as energetic, vibrational beings. Vibrational awareness is key to feeling mentally whole in a consistent way. This knowledge helps you take all parts of yourself & your behaviors into account, and it can be very empowering to realize you can adjust the way you feel at any given moment. This knowledge is super helpful during hard times – so you can maintain mental wholeness & enjoy life even when challenging times arise.
